Nathan Tam
MANAGING PARTNER
Nathan co-founded Ashbridge Partners in 2013. Nathan established the firm following a career in private equity, finance and entrepreneurship with Onex Corp, Morgan Stanley and Offleash Media. Offleash Media (co-founded by Nathan and later acquired by Vertical Scope) is a company that owns and operates pet-focused websites. Offleash Media acquired 15 leading companies for two years and became a global player in the online pet industry.
Nathan served as CEO and Board Member of Caryl Baker Visage for six years. Nathan is or has served as a Board member for Offleash Media, Bagwell Supply, Geroline, Progressive Countertop, Ayce Capital, Rational Business Solutions, CollegePrep360, Chris’s Sign Service, Westcan and the New Leaders of Sunnybrook Foundation.
Nathan lives in Toronto with his amazing wife Jamie and two wonderful daughters Emma and Ellie. He holds an HBA degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and was a recipient of the Ivey Scholar award.
Jordan Goodman
MANAGING PARTNER
Jordan co-founded Ashbridge Partners in 2013. Jordan established the firm following an almost 10-year private equity and consulting career with Creative Artists Agency (a TPG portfolio company), Authentic Brands Group (a Leonard Green & Partners portfolio company) and Hilco Consumer Capital.
Jordan is or has served as a Board member for The Bridle Bash Foundation, Caryl Baker Visage, Bagwell Supply, Geroline, DD Mac Electric, Progressive Countertop, Ayce Capital, Rational Business Solutions, Chris’s Sign Service and Westcan.
Jordan lives in Toronto with his fantastic wife Lesley and
their two delightful children, son Preston and daughter Jaxson. He holds a
degree from the University of Western Ontario (Honours).
Justin Yeung
PARTNER
Justin joined Ashbridge Partners in 2023 as a Partner. He currently serves as a Director at College Prep 360, a portfolio company. Prior to joining Ashbridge, Justin spent time in the public markets at Cadian Capital, and in investment banking at PJT Partners.
Justin lives in New York City and Toronto. He holds a mechatronic systems engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario (with Distinction), and an HBA degree from the Ivey School of Business (with Distinction).
Chris Saunders
PARTNER
Chris Saunders is a Partner at Ashbridge Partners and currently serves as President of Signature Site Services, a national provider of sign, lighting and building maintenance services.
Prior to joining Ashbridge Partners, Chris spent a decade in private equity, venture capital and corporate finance, most recently as a Principal at Northern Private Capital, a Toronto-based fund focused on acquiring and growing high-growth, mission-driven companies in Canada. Chris previously was on the investment team at Boston-based Providence Equity Partners, a +$30 billion private equity fund focused on acquiring and building companies in the technology, media and communications industries. Chris began his career at RBC Capital Markets in various Investment Banking groups in both Toronto and New York. Chris graduated from Ivey Business School with an Honours Business Administration degree.
